Community Hall
Depoe Bay's Community Hall was originally built in the 1920s. It was just some poles with a top, and was used to build boats. Walls were put on the structure in the 1930s, when it started its life as a community hall. Then-owner Sunset Development Company gave the building to the Chamber of Commerce, who in turn gave it to the City when Depoe Bay incorporated in 1973.
The building, at 220 SE Bay Street, has views of Depoe Bay Creek, the harbor, and the bridge. It has a recently remodeled state-of-the-art kitchen and beautiful polished hardwood floors.
The Community Hall is available for rent to Depoe Bay residents for $50 per day and to non-residents for $100 per day (a $100 deposit is required for all rentals). Click here for the rental application form, and here for the rental checkoff sheet.
