NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that public meetings of the Depoe Bay City Budget Committee and the Urban Renewal Agency Budget Committee of the City of Depoe Bay, Lincoln County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for fiscal year July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025, will be held in-person at the Depoe Bay City Hall, 570 SE Shell Avenue, Depoe Bay OR at 5:00 PM on April 16, 2024 and on May 21, 2024. There is also a virtual option for those who wish to attend from home.
The purpose of these meetings is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget, including the use of State Shared Revenue funds.
These are public meetings where deliberations of the Budget Committees will take place. Any person may speak at the meetings to discuss the proposed budgets with the Budget Committees. For instructions and information about how to provide input or how to attend virtually, visit the City’s website or contact City Hall at (541) 765-2361.
A copy of the proposed budgets may be inspected or obtained on or after April 16, 2024 at the Depoe Bay City Hall between the hours of 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM Monday through Thursday.
