in 2021, the City Council approved a plan for scheduled water/sewer rate increases. Prior to this, rates had not been raised to keep pace with the cost of providing these important services. Effective September 1, 2021, water/sewer rates will increase annually on July 1. For details regarding the increase and to see the schedule of increases and amounts, see the file below.
The next scheduled rate increase will be July 1, 2024.
