To establish service, a signed Application for Water and Sewer Service must be received from the property owner. All accounts must be set-up in the name of the property owner, and billings remain in the owner’s name, even if a tenant occupies the premises.
For new developments including single family dwellings, effective date of service begins with the date of meter installation.
Water/Sewer accounts are billed bi-monthly.

Customers in the former Miroco Water District area are subject to an additional fee.
- All water/sewer utility bills are due the 20th day of the month after the bill cycle end date.
- Accounts not paid by the 31st day after the bill cycle end date will be considered delinquent – and incur a $30 late/posting fee and a shut off notice.
- There will no longer be any type of late fee forgiveness. No late fee waivers will be issued for any reason, including not receiving a bill in the mail.
