NOTICE OF ELECTION - CITY COUNCIL
Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, an election will be held for the purpose of electing four (4) members of the City Council and the Mayor of Depoe Bay to fill the following positions and terms:
Mayor of Depoe Bay ---Two (2) Year Term
City Council Member, Position # 2---Two (2) Year Unexpired Term
City Council Member, Position # 4---Four (4) Year Term
City Council Member, Position # 5---Four(4) Year Term
City Council Member, Position # 6---Four (4) Year Term
Candidates for the offices listed above must file a nomination petition with the Depoe Bay Elections Officer at Depoe Bay City Hall, 570 SE Shell Avenue, Depoe Bay. Petition packets are available at City Hall. The filing deadline for elected incumbent candidates seeking re-election to the same office is Tuesday, August 18, 2026. The filing deadline for non-incumbent candidates (other than elected incumbents) is Tuesday, August 25, 2026.
