City Ordinance No. 236 defines "transparent occupation" as the regular or continuing use of a dwelling for business purposes which is customarily incidental and subordinate to the residential use of the dwelling, involving the sale of goods and/or services or any other form of work product, provided the sale, service or process of creation of product meets certain standards.
Business License Applicants, who are obligated to meet transparent occupation requirements, must submit the attached form and acknowledge that each standard has been met.
