PROPERTY OWNER: Same as Above

LOCATION: 730 East Collins Street, Lincoln County Assessor’s Map 09-11-08-AA-01801-00

REQUEST: The applicant requests Planning Commission approval of a Conditional Use permit to allow occupancy of a recreational vehicle (RV) in the City’s Residential R-3 Zone, pursuant to

APPLICABLE CRITERIA: From the Depoe Bay Zoning Ordinance of 1975, as amended:
§ 152.027 RESIDENTIAL ZONE R-3
§ 152.036(A) AND (M) STANDARDS GOVERNING CONDITIONAL USES.

PUBLIC HEARING DETAILS: On August 12, 2026, the Depoe Bay Planning Commission will convene at 6PM for their regularly scheduled meeting, during which a public hearing will be conducted to consider the applicant’s request. Public attendance is invited. Directions for attending the public hearing virtually will be available the week of the scheduled hearing. Please contact City Hall at that time for this information.

TESTIMONY: Oral testimony will be accepted during the public hearing. If you will not be attending the public hearing in person or virtually, all written testimony must be received prior to
4PM on Wednesday, August 12, 2026. Written testimony may be brought to Depoe Bay City Hall; mailed via the US Postal Service to the post office box below; or emailed to the City Planner.
Testimony submitted prior to the close of the record which pertains directly to the applicable review criteria identified above will be entered into the record and considered by the Planning
Commission in making their decision. Failure to raise an issue on the record, either in person or in writing, or failure to provide statements/evidence sufficient to afford the Planning Commission an opportunity to respond to the issue(s), including failure of the applicant to raise constitutional or other objections to conditions of approval, precludes appeal to the Land Use Board of Appeals
or award in circuit court on that issue.

APPLICATION MATERIALS: Application materials, documents and evidence submitted by or on behalf of the applicant are available by email at request, and may be inspected at City Hall. Hard copies may be obtained at cost. Documents or evidence submitted by the applicant within 20 days prior to the hearing constitutes grounds for a continuance of the hearing if any party requests
