WAGE RANGE: $54,295.60 ($26.10) – 76,399.36 ($36.73)
Salary is based on experience. Most new hires begin at the start of the wage range.

The City of Depoe Bay is looking for a hands-on, problem-solving, community-focused Harbormaster / Maintenance Worker to help run and maintain one of the most unique municipal harbors on the Oregon Coast. This isn’t a desk job. It’s a role for someone who can shift from helping boaters, to maintaining docks, to fueling boats, all in the same day.
General responsibilities are to manage daily harbor operations, moorage, and customer service; maintain docks and facilities; operate and oversee the harbor fuel station; track data, fees, and harbor activity records; and be a visible, trusted presence.
We seek someone who takes pride in keeping things running and looking right and with strong customer service skills. A mechanical aptitude and comfort with tools and equipment is also important as is the ability to work independently, make decisions, and handle unexpected situations. We need someone who can, as needed, work weekends and evenings.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; a valid driver’s license (or ability to obtain one); ability to perform physical work and lift up to 90 lbs
